Twin Ports Testing | Duluth, MN
The Challenge
This project involved a brand-new office and shop facility, requiring high-quality glazing systems that balanced functionality, durability, and a clean, professional appearance. With multiple building uses under one roof, the challenge was coordinating storefronts, interior glass, and windows to create a cohesive look while supporting daily operations and long-term performance.
Our Solution
St. Germain’s Glass furnished and installed complete storefront elevations and entrance doors, interior borrowed lites and door glass, and aluminum windows throughout the facility. Our team worked closely with the project partners to ensure each system was properly integrated, delivering consistent detailing from exterior to interior while meeting performance and design expectations.
Results Accomplished
The finished space features bright, modern storefronts, well-lit interiors, and durable aluminum windows that support both office and shop environments. Interior borrowed lites allow natural light to flow throughout the building, creating an open, connected workspace that enhances comfort, visibility, and functionality.
