The GC needed a reliable glazing and storefront partner who could seamlessly integrate into the project team and deliver interior and exterior storefront (vestibule) framing, automated entrances, and glazing on a tight construction schedule. With multiple trades coordinating onsite and Minnesota weather impacting timelines, the GC required a subcontractor who could communicate clearly, and adapt quickly.
